Our favorite proverb of Chef Giacomo Pagano is “Where there is art, there is flavor.” This describes Mangia, Inc.™ Corporate Chef Giacomo Pagano’s cooking perfectly. Since joining our company Chef Giacomo has created traditional and artistic Italian recipes with Carmelina Brands® products. His recipes evoke the flavors of his native Campania, with its abundance of fine produce, fresh seafood, delectable pastas, and of course pizza.

Born in Naples, Italy, Chef Giacomo would attribute his passion for cooking to his family and their great appreciation of fine cuisine and wine. Upon immigrating to the United States, Chef Giacomo completed his formal culinary education and was invited to work at the Ritz Carlton. This experience has influenced Chef Giacomo profoundly, and has shaped his style of cooking as experienced today.

At Mangia, Inc.™ Chef Giacomo directs new recipe development, assists sales personnel, and makes appearances at trade shows. In addition to these responsibilities, Chef Giacomo finds time to run his own catering business Buon Appetito Catering. We hope everyone enjoys these fine works of art.
