| Method & Formula |
| In a large sauce pan, heat the oil, following with garlic. Cook a few minutes on medium heat, then add the whole peeled tomatoes. Bring to a boil and season to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add basil and serve with a slice of toasted bread underneath. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy! |
