Italian Ceci (Garbanzos)
One of our more popular products – Garbanzos, or as they are called in Italy, Ceci, are not really beans at all, but part of the pea family. Many people worldwide use this legume in their respective cuisines. Garbanzos have a nutty flavor and firm texture. A pantry essential when it comes to making salads and hummus, we recommend it in a frittata as well.
