15 Second Classic Hummus
Using a food processor or blender, add fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, garlic, Carmelina Brands® Chick Pea Puree and tahini. Pulse to combine. With the food processor running, add the olive oil in a steady, thin stream, and blend for 15 seconds until hummus is smooth and creamy, and ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Check flavors, and adjust seasoning as desired. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, parsley and paprika. Enjoy hummus with your favorite vegetables, crackers or pita bread. Mangia bene!
