Carmelina Salsa Roja
In a large mixing bowl add Carmelina ‘e…San Marzano® Organic Italian Crushed Tomatoes in Puree, white onion, jalapeño, cilantro, green onions, garlic, and lime juice. Mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate Carmelina Salsa for 30 minutes or more to allow salsa to chill and flavors to mingle. Serve with your favorite chips, veggies, or over grilled chicken or fish.
Tip: Want a spicier version? Add more jalapeno or substitute with a different pepper, like Habanero.
